High Plains Herpetoculture is located in the high plains of eastern Colorado northeast of Denver International Airport. We focus on selling high-quality captive-bred and captive-hatched reptiles and amphibians that make excellent pets or are rare species that we feel should be maintained in captivity. Our efforts, and the animals that we make available, are largely aimed towards breeders and/ or collectors of rare and unique animals, but customers with all levels of experience and all sized pocketbooks are welcome. Generally, we like australiasian pythons and monitors, as well as small asian ratsnakes. Since our incorporation more than four years ago we have become known primarily for our Rhino Ratsnakes and superior quality farm bred Blood Pythons. We are entirely happy with that image, but, our collection is more diverse than our reputation suggests - we produce and sell geckos, amphibians, and monitors too.
